The Streetwise project, managed by Encompass, supports young people between the ages of 16-18 years and up to 25 for young people in care living in the Torridge area who are at risk of homelessness and rough sleeping. Streetwise is funded by Torridge District Council providing advice and support around housing and homelessness issues. |
